FREE fitness consultation for new clients. Catherine will personally assess your fitness level in reference to your goals, factoring in your budget and schedule.
Sessions are 1hour in length (We recommend 1 per week for maintenance or direction, 2 per week for fat loss or muscle gain, and 3 per week for accelerated results or a fast approaching event).
